*** Finalsite (School Admin) Enrollment and Tuition Registration Information ***
Holy Spirit School will use Finalsite (previously called School Admin) for Enrollment and Tuition Registration payments for the upcoming 25-26 school year.
For those of you returning, you will receive a Reenrollment email to login, review your existing Enrollment information, and sign the continuous Enrollment contract. Upon receipt, you will receive your updated Registration Tuition contract, and will login to update any billing information, sign your Registration (tuition) contract, and pay the family Registration fee.
For NEW families, you will receive an Enrollment email and personal Portal Link code to create a log in, complete any Enrollment checklist items, and sign your Enrollment contract. Upon receipt, we will send you the updated Registration Tuition contract for you to review, select your billing option, enter your billing information, sign, and pay the family Registration fee. Please note the following…
- You will receive one personalized link per parent, and each parent will need to use their own email address.
- You will be asked to complete outstanding Enrollment checklist items, and sign a student contract for each student. You will be able to designate who is financially responsible for your payments within the Tuition Registration. When complete, your billing statement will include all students under your account.
- Some of the Enrollment checklist items may be uploaded or hard copies sent via the office, based on your preference and convenience. We will mark those as complete after received and your contract is active.
- Some of the Enrollment checklist items are optional – such as the Transportation/Bus contract or the Free & Reduced Lunch Application. Only complete and submit what is pertinent to your family.
- You may access and update your Enrollment and Tuition Registration information at any time after your initial log in has been created via this link: https://holyspiritschoolgr.schooladminonline.com/users/sign_in We have found bookmarking this link on your phone or computer is helpful when returning to work on your contract.
- If there will be more than one parent/household sharing the financial responsibility, please contact the office so we can update your contract to enable both parties to sign and accept.
